Dr. Steven W Tucker actually begins his review of your care even before the initial meeting.
Dr. Tucker and Advanced Menstrual Care Center, LLC has received clearance from the Chesapeake Regional Information System for Our Patients (CRISP) to access the Maryland and Washington DC records of health-related information stored in their secure databases.
Having access to CRISP Dr. Tucker is able to review labs, doctor notes, X-rays and other information which has been performed during your medical care at other medical facilities.
The CRISP records are not complete. While ER visits are often in CRISP most hospital and doctor visits are not available.
CRISP records are important to ensure a complete and accurate medical history.
Even before meeting you, Dr. Tucker can take up to 3 hours or more to review CRISP records and to store and annotate that important medical information into your electronic records!
